Falafel for holidays with friends!
Holidays are a great time to meet with your old firiends.. So share happiness, ideas and RECIPES!!
Recipe:
- Chickpeas;
- Parsley;
- Onion;
- Garlic;
- Salt;
- Pepper.
Keep your chickpeas in water for night (8hours). Before starting to cook wash them. Then blend them. Bake your onions and garlic a bit. It should smell tasty. After that put everything in a bowl with chickpeas, add some parsley and blend again. Put some salt and pepper and you are ready to bake.
After you finished it should look like this. You can make any salads you want to eat with. It's very tasty and healthy, also it looks like non vegan cutlet so your non vegan friends and family should like it:))
