Intestinal Broom

Linseed and pea sprouts gruel


         The begining of 2015 is a perfect time for depletion! After christmas and new year celebrations in our intestinal is lot of mess.  You shouldn't use any pills or enema.. I'm suggesting you to try a natural and healthy intestinal broom! 


         Recipe: 
  • Peas;
  • Linseed;
  • Parsley.
        Keep peas for the night in the water then wash and keep to grow (it takes 2-3 days). Keep linseeds over the night in water. Before starting to cook wash your sprouts. Put all peas sprouts and linseeds together add some parsley and here u have it - natural intestrinal broom!!

Something Simple - Salads!!

Salads


      Salads is a dish where you can use all imagination you have. There is enough space for improvisation! There is so many different types of salads and i think all of you can name at least five salads recipes.. Sooo, nothing special. It's just the way my salads looks on my daily table:))

       
          I just love salads!.. there is no day that i skip this meal.. i put there all products i like.. or what i have in the fridge:D


         Recipe:

  • Pekin salads;
  • Chickpea's sprouts (it can also be buckwheat, lentils, peas sprouts);
  • Lemon;
  • Tofu;
  • Salt;
  • Pepper (onion, if you're not afraid of bad smell);
  • Olive oil.

        Chop everything the way you want, add what you want.. Eat the way you want..

Healthy Snack

Healthy Snack Or School Lunch Idea


       I'm still a high school student. Im just like all kids going to canteen, unfortunately i can't get anything healthy, delicious and vegan food. Soo.. Im sharing with you my healthy idea for lunch which is great no matter you are in school or office.. 

 Recipe:
  • 3 bananas;
  • 3 cups of oats;
  • 1/2 cup of dates;
  • 1 cup of resins;
  • 1/2 cup of almonds.
         After blending your bananas, put half of oats and all dates and blend it again. After that put all left ingredients and mix all together. Wait for 10-15min until all flavours mix up and oats become more tight. Now there is two ways to finish this recipe: to let it dry or bake:))

Drying version:
If you deside to take raw version - non baked version, your work is already done. You just need to create a form of your lunch. You can do it like in picture or make small balls, then let them dry:))

Baked version:
         Make a square from your batter and bake it. After that cut it in smaller squares and that's it:))

    Holidays are a great time to meet with your old firiends.. So share happiness, ideas and RECIPES!!

          
 Recipe: 
  • Chickpeas;
  • Parsley;
  • Onion;
  • Garlic;
  • Salt;
  • Pepper.
         Keep your chickpeas in water for night (8hours). Before starting to cook wash them. Then blend them. Bake your onions and garlic a bit. It should smell tasty. After that put everything in a bowl with chickpeas, add some parsley and blend again. Put some salt and pepper and you are ready to bake. 

After you finished it should look like this. You can make any salads you want to eat with. It's very tasty and healthy, also it looks like non vegan cutlet so your non vegan friends and family should like it:))

Christmas Gift And Rice Milk

              Christmas is a time when you always have to be prepared for unexpected friends and have some presents for them.. Sometimes all ideas comes out of your mind and you know nothing to do, thats why you searching for ideas in internet. I had the same problem this year, so i want to share with you what i have figured out:))


       Isn't it look cute? It's rice milk in a jar, and cooky on the top.

       Let's talk about rice milk.. Rice milk is very healthy. Its vegetable milk, which can be a good by itself and mixed with sweet product (honey, sugar, raisins, dates). You can use it in different ways. You can drink it one itself or eat with your breakfast cereals instead of cow milk. And the best part - it's easy to make! :)) 


          Rice milk recipe

   Ingredientsrice;
                            water;
                            dates.
        
       Process: wash your rices and keep them in water for a night (8 hours). Then wash again and put in mixer by adding a cup of dates and water. Mix it up until it looks like integral mass. Then grab bowl and stain off your milk. So, here you have a nice, tasty rice milk!!
         If you don't like it to be tick you can always add some more water and mix it. If you havent drink all milk at once, you can put it in jaw and keep in the fridge. After keeping a while it will get some precipitate, but don't worry... Shake your drink and you are ready to drink:)) bon appetite!♡
    
         You can make different type of milks in the same way. You can make if from any kind of nuts (almonds cashews) and different kinds of grits like oats.. I recomend you to try almonds milk, it's my favorite one.♡

My Christmas Vegan Cake

Hello everybody, it's my first christmas when i have became a vegan. Soo.. i want to share with you my cake recipe:))

 Don't be afraid, its really easy to do..

 Ingredients:    • rice;
                             • oats;
                             • carrots;
                             • apples;
                             • vanilla;
                             • poppy seed;
                             • dates;
                             • nuts;
                             • raisins.

Cooking:

            1st layer: boiled rice until it become soft, then remove from heat and allow to cool. We need that they would become tough. 


            Carrot and apple layer: make some carrot and apple juice and drink it  :)) (Do not forget the put a few drops of oil to help your body to increase absorption of keratin) then use your blender to bled carrot's and apple's oilcake. In another vessel, blend some oats and dates with a bit water (I use oats instead of flour because i have alergy and by the way it is rich in gluten). Mix of these two blends by adding raisins. 

            Creaming: grind poppy just like making poppy milk.

            On 1st layer we put carrots and apples layer, then poppys layer, then once again carrots and apples layer and poppies on top. You can decorate the top by any nuts you like, it's a place for your imagination:))

Despide the fact that this cake is really delicious and healthy, you shouldn't eat it too often just like any candys:))
